Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Mr Nasdaq Academy. We are committed to providing high-quality trading education, automated tools, and market insights. Due to the digital and educational nature of our services, as well as the inherent risks of the financial markets, we enforce a strict refund policy.

By purchasing any of our services and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made once an agreement is signed and payment is processed.

1. Trading Signals
Our daily trading signals are a subscription-based service providing market analysis and trade ideas.
* Cancellations: You may cancel your signal subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
* Refunds: We do not offer retroactive refunds for signal subscriptions. Once a billing cycle has started and you have received access to the signal group or channel, that period is non-refundable, regardless of whether you executed the trades or not.
* Performance: Trading involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Refunds are not issued based on the outcome of the trades or market volatility.

2. Trading Robots (Expert Advisors)
Our trading robots and automated scripts (EAs) developed for MetaTrader 5 are classified as downloadable digital software.
* Strictly Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of downloadable software and source code, all sales of trading robots are final and non-refundable the moment the purchase is completed.
* Technical Support: If you experience a verified technical defect or bug within the EA’s logic, we will provide technical support and software updates to resolve the issue. Technical difficulties caused by user error, broker limitations, or improper VPS setup do not qualify for a refund.

3. Mentorship & Coaching Programs
Our mentorship program involves dedicating personal time, expertise, and proprietary educational materials to your development as a trader.
* Strictly Non-Refundable: There is no grace period for mentorship and coaching enrollments. By signing the Terms and Conditions and completing your payment, you secure your placement and gain access to our proprietary curriculum. As a result, all mentorship fees are strictly final and non-refundable from the exact moment of purchase.

4. General Risk Disclaimer
Mr Nasdaq Academy provides educational resources, software tools, and market analysis. We are not registered financial advisors.
* Your purchase of our signals, robots, or mentorship does not guarantee financial profit.
* You are solely responsible for your own risk management, lot sizing, and account capital.
* Blown accounts, stop-outs, or trading losses are the sole responsibility of the trader and do not entitle the user to a refund for our services or software.
